Keep every incoming and outgoing post-dated cheque in one organized ledger.
See exactly which cheques fall due, then send a reminder by WhatsApp or email in one click. Nothing reaches your customer until you approve it.
Re-present a cheque, replace it with a new one, or settle it in cash — each one tracked to a close.
A native Arabic and English experience with full right-to-left support.
Built around how cheques actually move, not a spreadsheet with dates in it.
Registered, deposited, cleared, bounced, returned, replaced, settled or cancelled. Each change is stamped with who did it and when, so no cheque is ever just somewhere.
Open the party and see the whole history: what is outstanding, what cleared, and how many of their cheques have bounced.
Parties that bounce cheques are flagged automatically, at a threshold you choose, before you accept the next one.
The month at a glance, with the amounts falling due on each day and what is already overdue.
Ageing, bounced cheques and party statements, out as PDF or Excel when your accountant asks.
Invite your staff and give each a role. A viewer reads the register and changes nothing, and billing stays with the people who handle money rather than everyone who runs the workspace.
Every plan starts with 45 days free and up to 50 cheques a month. No card required.
The full product for 45 days, no strings.
For small businesses tracking a steady flow of cheques.
For growing teams that need reports and party ledgers.
For larger organizations with no ceiling on volume.
Prices are per organization, per month, in OMR.
A cheque handed over today but written with a future date. The bank will not pay it before that date, so it works as a promise to pay on a day both sides agree. It is how most business credit is settled here, and the whole problem is remembering what is due, when, and from whom.
Both, in the same register. A cheque coming in records the customer’s bank and branch as printed on it, plus which of your accounts you mean to bank it into. A cheque going out simply names the account you wrote it from. Every report separates the two, because money owed to you and money you owe are not the same number.
The dashboard lists what falls due and drafts the message; you send it by WhatsApp or email with one click. Nothing is ever sent unattended — no message leaves the system without a person approving it, so the relationship stays yours.
A bounce is recorded with the bank’s reason and its charges, and the customer’s bounce count goes up. From there it has three honest endings: hand the same cheque in again, take a replacement cheque, or settle it in cash or by transfer. Each one is tracked to a close, so a bounced cheque never quietly disappears from your books.
No. Record the run in a single pass — first cheque number, how many, and how the dates step, monthly or otherwise. The numbers advance for you, the schedule is shown before anything is saved, and you can change or drop any row first.
Tell it how many days ahead your bank needs a cheque and it produces the list: every cheque due to be handed in, grouped by bank, with the account each one is meant for. Cheques you have written are excluded — those are the other side’s to bank.
The banks you are likely to be handed a cheque from are already there, with the branches you use suggested from your own history as you type. If one is missing you can add it yourself and carry on.
Yes. Invite your staff and give each the access their job needs — full control, day-to-day entry, or read-only. Everyone sees the same register, and every status change is recorded against the person who made it.
No. It runs in a browser, on a laptop or a phone, so the person at the bank counter sees the same list as the person in the office. Photograph both faces of a cheque with the phone camera and it stays attached to the record.
You get 45 days and up to 50 cheques a month, with no card and nothing to cancel. If you carry on afterwards, your data stays exactly as you left it.
Completely. Every record belongs to your organization and is only ever reachable by the people you invite. Your customers, your cheques and your bank accounts are never visible to another business on the system.
Yes — the whole application, not a translated menu. Arabic and English throughout, with proper right-to-left layout, and each person chooses their own.
