Who we are

MiadGo is operated by FikrFusion, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. If you have any question about your data, write to info@fikrfusion.com and a person will answer.

What you give us when you sign up

Your name, work email, organization name and registration number, and a password we never store in readable form. We need these to create your workspace and to know who is signing in.

What you put into the product

The cheques, parties, bank accounts and photographs you record are yours. They belong to your organization, are visible only to the people you invite, and are never shown to another business on this system. We do not sell them, share them or use them to train anything.

Cookies we set ourselves

A sign-in cookie and a refresh cookie, so you stay signed in between visits. They are strictly necessary — without them the product cannot keep you logged in — and they are not used for advertising.

Visits to this page

When you open this page our server records the time, the page requested, the site that referred you, any campaign tag in the link you followed, your browser and device type, your language, and your IP address. The IP address is kept for security — it is how attacks, abuse and automated scraping are detected and blocked. The record is not used to build a profile of you, and it is deleted after 90 days.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and understand which pages are useful. It sets its own cookies and Google processes that data on its own terms. It tells us how many people came and roughly from where — not who you are.

Advertising

We advertise on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and this site carries the Meta Pixel so we can tell which adverts lead to a sign-up. It sets cookies and sends Meta a record of your visit, which Meta processes under its own terms. It reports the landing page and the sign-up page only — it is deliberately switched off inside the product, so what you do in your workspace is never sent to Meta.

Who else sees your data

Our hosting provider, and the email service that delivers verification, password-reset and reminder messages. Google, for analytics, and Meta, for advertising measurement. Nobody else. We do not sell data to anyone.

How long we keep things

Your business records for as long as your workspace exists. Visit logs for 90 days. If you delete your organization, its records and the cheque photographs are removed from our systems.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of everything your organization holds, or for the organization to be deleted outright. Write to us and we will act on it — deletion is permanent and removes the records and the cheque photographs with them. You can block analytics and advertising cookies in your browser, or with any content blocker, and the product will work exactly the same. Changes

If this notice changes we will update the date below. Continuing to use the product after that means the current version applies.
